This is a plea to help if you can. Only two months ago, judoka Patryk Manulik was training others, running and going to the gym. It is a tragedy that his life has taken such an inexplicable turn and he needs help, whatever we can offer. Please follow the link below to help in any way.

A message from his brother, Tomek,
We heard that Patryk will die, that his case is very serious. However, he showed that he is a real warrior. Today, together with my partner, we take care of my brother – it’s very hard for Patryk since he got blind. He moves by groping, riding a wheelchair, he can’t handle many things, so he needs to be secured. Paralysis of his face makes him need to be helped to eat.
In addition to gamma knife and oncological treatment, neurorehabilitation, support therapy for the blind, speech therapy, facial massage and mimic exercises, psychological support, strengthening exercises and stem cell therapy are necessary – for Patryk it is the only chance to regain his sight. Unfortunately, the cost of this treatment is huge… This fight is his only way, but he will not pass it himself.
For years, Patryk helped others build strength and health. Today he is the one who needs our strength. Instead of training, he fights for survival. That’s why today – on behalf of myself, Patryk and our whole family – I beg for my brother’s support. For help in raising funds for Patryk’s rehabilitation and treatment. This is the only chance that one day he will get back on his feet, that he will see something, that he will regain at least a substitute for his old life…
